Composition:

• Ceftiofur sodium sterile powder(Lyophilized)
• equivalent to ceftiofur activity                                       1 gm
• Sterile water for injection                                            20 ml.
• ceftiofur sodium equivalent to ceftiofur                 50 mg./ml.

Rationale of combination:

• Possesses broad spectrum activity against both gram +ve and Gram -ve organisms
• Stable to bacterial beta-lactamase
• Achieves superior bacteriological eradication & cure rates in Pharnynigitis
• effective against anaerobes bacteria

Rx:

• Respiratory disease- HS/URTI/Pneumonis
• UTI : i.e Metritis , retention of placenta, pyometra etc.
• Preacute & acute Mastitis
• Contagious caprine pleuropneumonia in goats/sheep.
• Mixed bacterial infections
• Meningitis
• Skin & Skin Structure infections

Dosage & Administration:

• Cattle,Sheep & Goat: 1.1 to 2.2 mg/kg b.wt.
• Dog & Horses: 2 to 4 mg/ kg. b.wt
• or as directed by veterinarian
